Note:
- UPS Ground is NOT considered a guaranteed express shipping option.
- Express orders placed before 11 am EST are shipped the same day.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120 (contiguous United States).
Order Processing
- Expedited Shipping: Up to 1 business day to process and ship.
- Standard Shipping: Up to 2 business days to process and ship.
- Express Orders: Placed before 11 am EST ship the same day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend orders are processed the following business day.
Return & Refused Packages
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return package is delivered.
- If UPS/USPS cannot complete delivery or the package is refused, it will be returned to sender. Customers can request re-shipping or a refund (less return shipping costs).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Address Requirements
- Shipments to PO BOX and overseas addresses are handled by USPS.
- Ensure your address includes all necessary details (APT#, IPHONE#, UNIT#, etc.) for successful delivery.
- Place orders early for holidays, weddings, proms, graduations, and other special events.
International Orders
- We accept international orders. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Customs delays may occur, and Googlamazo cannot control these situations but will assist if needed.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once orders leave Googlamazo’s facilities, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. However, we will assist you with information to contact the carrier.
